| TODD ROHAL – Producer,
Writer, Director
Todd Rohal wrote and directed four short films before completing
his first feature-length production of THE GUATEMALAN
HANDSHAKE. His short films, including KNUCKLEFACE JONES and
HILLBILLY ROBOT, screened at SXSW, NY
Underground, Hamptons, Slamdance, Athens, Long Island and
Maryland film festivals. At 19 he was nominated for a
Student Academy Award and is a recipient of a Princess Grace
Foundation grant. His films have also screened at the Art
Institute of Chicago, the Baltimore Museum of Art and on AtomFilms.
In addition to creating his own films, Todd has served as
Director of Photography for episodic programs on Court TV
and for
independent feature films and shorts. He has worked as an
editor for the Discovery Channel and PBS, and as a designer
and
producer for DVDs including the underground classics HEAVY
METAL PARKING LOT and THE AMERICAN ASTRONAUT.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Todd graduated from the Honors
Tutorial department of Ohio University with a BFA in Film,
where he discovered the amazing works of George Kuchar and
met most of the cast and crew who contributed to the production
of THE GUATEMALAN HANDSHAKE.

MARISSA RONCA – Producer
As an associate producer for the Discovery Channel International,
Ronca oversaw the creation of numerous groundbreaking television
programs. Now the head of her own company, Ronca TV, she has
produced programs for HGTV, Discovery and Court TV. Ronca
is currently directing a documentary on Frank Bender, an artist
and criminal profiler who is the basis of a film being produced
by Danny DeVito’s Jersey Pictures.

NICK PANAGOPULOS – Producer
Panagopulos is the CEO of Brainbox Productions (see below)
in Silver Spring, MD. He has directed the award-winning feature
film FIVE LINES, which was one of the first features in the
US to shoot on the new HD format. Panagopulos has produced
and directed projects for the Discovery Channel, TLC, MTV,
Spike!, Time Warner, and Warner Brothers Pictures.

JASON ORFANON – Producer
As a writer for PBS, National Geographic and Court TV as well
as his creative fund-raising and promotional experience, Orfanon
brings a wealth of support and excitement to the film's production.
Orfanon is currently writing a show for Court TV about Forensic
Sculptor Frank Bender.

RICHIE SHERMAN – Director of Photography
A veteran of film production, Mr. Sherman has shot more than
50 short films and features over his long career. He has contributed
to films that have screened worldwide at festivals from Cannes
to Sundance. His original cinematic style has garnered him
praise from directors around the world, sending him to Singapore,
England and Greece. Two features he shot in 2003 were recently
selected to screen at the IFP in New York and at Telluride.
Sherman is currently teaching film production at Pittsburgh
Filmmakers.

Support
Brainbox Productions is a full-service company based in Silver
Spring, MD. Services include everything from print and web
design to film and video production capabilities. Brainbox’s
clients include Discovery Networks, Booz-Allen, Turner, NASA,
Animal Planet, TLC, AT&T and New Balance. Brainbox is
responsible for creating series and specials for Discovery
Channel, HGTV, Court TV and History Channel.
